Check our Regulations

In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, all UAS operators must register: where, within the 'open category', they carry out operations with unmanned aircraft of a permissible take-off mass at take-off of at least 250 g or unmanned aircraft capable of transmitting kinetic energy of more than 80 J in the event of a human impact or by unmanned aircraft equipped with sensors capable of collecting personal data unless they are unmanned aircraft which are considered toys in accordance with Directive 2009/48/EC. when unmanned aircraft, irrespective of their mass, carry out operations within a 'special category'.

In order to be able to legally operate your drone from 250 grams, you must first acquire a certificate of competence. With this proof, you have obtained proof that you know the rules and can operate your drone safely. Your way to the proof is divided into three steps: The online course provides you with the essential knowledge you need to operate a drone, in the training module you consolidate your knowledge and practice for the online theory test, the last step on the way to your Proof.

Just like the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicles mentioned above, this cerification is not static. It will evolve and adapt to changing requirements. Even after completing the exam, it is therefore worthwhile to take a look again from time to time and bring yourself up to date or refresh your knowledge. In the event that an applicant conducting a UAS theory/flight test fails he must not be eligible to take exam within 45 days, after consecutive three fails he must also non competent for six month of last exam. Candidates must prepare him by formal training under CAAB approved training institute.

Remote Pilot Requirements

UAS pilots should possess knowledge of aviation rules, regulations and procedures. However, remote pilot certification qualifications may differ based on the UAS type, size or operational environment. “The new rules cover each operation type, from those not requiring prior [flight] authorization to those involving certified aircraft and operators, as well as minimum remote pilot training requirements,”

Remote pilots/ certificate holders must demonstrate the physical, psychological and academical expreiences to understand the regulations & manuals, Operate UAS maintaing in safe flight Geography and assess the risk and mitigate for conducing safe flight operation.
Be 18 years of age
HSC/A Level equivalent in education
Can clearly read, interpret the documents and manuals in English
No severe health issue and color blindness

Remote Pilot Certificate

Operators of registered drone must pass the Remote Pilot certificates intended for entertainment purposes. You must first pass the Online Exam and get your Remote Pilot Certificate. Regardless of the category in which you will operate your UAS, you must always keep in mind that as soon as your UAS takes off, you are a participant in air traffic and therefore a potential source of danger for other (including manned) aircraft as well as people in aircraft and on the ground. Always be aware of this high responsibility!

For this reason, the safety of involved and uninvolved persons and property is undisputedly the focus of this course. It's about how every UAS flight can be carried out successfully and as safely as possible.

This UAS certificate course contains the content according to undersanding the regulations by self-study materials, national rules, ANOs etc.
Drones less then 250 grams and hae no recording devices dont require Certificate
RPC exam only facilitate accredetion to basic Aeronuatical and opeational Knowledge for flying drone for entertainment purposes
Professional work and fliht authorization is not possible via RPC
Practical Flight demonstration is not required for isuance of RPC
Exam shall be 100 marks for 100 minutes. passmark is 75

Theoritical Competency Test for RPL

Regardless of the category in which you will operate your UAS, anything weighs above drone 250 grams, must be registered and must obtain Remote Pilot License.
Exam shall be 100 marks for 100 minutes. Pass mark is 75.
Exam subjects consists of Legislations, Regulation, operation procedure, communication, UAS general knowledge, flight planning and navigation
To qualify RPL theory exam candidates must pass and obtain RPC

Flight Competency Test

Flight comptency test is required for issuance of RPL. Beside theoritical coompetency flight competency test demonstrate the capability and aptitude of remote pilot under various condition for safe flight operation. .
