UAS Air Operator and Training Organization

The UAOC is an optional operational certificate which, if obtained, guarantees some privileges to its holder. The highest privilege may be the possibility to start operations in the specific category without needing an operational authorisation by the CAAB. The availability of UAOC certification represents a quantum change in the efficiency of drone aerial services, while ensuring safe conditions. Many working hours can be saved by speeding the process that otherwise would halt any work waiting for an authorisation to be formalised and approved.

CAAB monitors the activity of the operator by demonstrating operational authorisations and assessing the understanding of the operator of the regulatory framework, including SORA, and the level of its safety culture. The UAOC holder can only conduct the operations described within the UAOC terms of approval . This is why operating with a UAOC certificate is both a great benefit and a responsibility.

Operator when demonstrate the capbility of Training Services then they may get the previliges of obtaining Training Services Credentials.

Organization requirements

Only operators with a legal entity are eligible to apply for a UAOC.
Organization Owned by a Bangladesh citizen;
Owned by an organization not a citizen of the Bangladesh when the organization is doing business under the laws of the Bangladesh or and the aircraft is based and primarily used in Bangladesh; or

Limitations and validity

The validity of a UAOC is unlimited, as long as the organisation remains compliant with its UAOC’s requirements. An organisation with a UAOC can be subject to an oversight inspection by its competent CAAB. A UAOC can be revoked or surrender by the awarding CAAB.

Become UAS Training Provider

To provide remote pilot licence (RePL) training, you'll need to hold a remotely piloted aircraft operator's certificate (ReOC) that authorises remote pilot training. An Authorised remote pilot training organisation shall ensure strict compliance with the requirements specified by the ANO on the OpenSKY platform in respect of training, syllabus, infrastructure, instructors. the relevant aeronautical knowledge standards
the relevant practical competency standards
an aeronautical knowledge exam
flight testing
administrative requirements.
